Ms. Ahlvin joined Bridge Partners in 2007. Her current responsibilities include asset management support and the coordination of office operations and procedures.

Ms. Bjorklund joined Bridge Partners in 1993. She is responsible for property accounting, internal reporting, and cash management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she worked at Kemper Real Estate.

Ms. Dern joined Bridge Partners in 2016. She has more than 15 years of real-estate-investment management experience in the retail, office, hotel, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was the Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Management at Yarmouth. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, a CPA certification from Arthur Andersen and Company, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Gutzwiller joined Bridge Partners in 2001. She is responsible for partnership, tax reporting, investor relations, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. With specialized expertise in affordable and senior health care housing, she leads the company’s growth in these areas. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was a Senior Analyst for Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Mr. Halladay joined Bridge Partners in 2023. He has a decade of multifamily property management experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was a Regional Property Manager for Trinity SF. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and holds a California Real Estate License.

Mr. Harrington joined Bridge Partners in 2007. His current responsibilities include acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and oversight of the company’s insurance and property tax obligations. His acquisition expertise includes note purchases, and he leads the company’s growth in this area. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was a Product Marketing Manager and Engineering Manager at Oracle Corporation and Salesforce.com. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from. UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Ms. Hill joined Bridge Partners in 2007. She has 27 years of multifamily and commercial-property management experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was a Portfolio Manager for a regional builder and developer.

Mr. Klein formed Bridge Partners in 1990. He is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company and the firm’s debt and equity relationships. Prior to founding Bridge Partners, he was a Project Manager for the Trammell Crow Company. He received a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Davis and an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management.

Ms. Lynds joined Bridge Partners in 2014. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate, sales/acquisitions asset management, and loan originations experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was a Vice President at Prudential. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Mangini joined Bridge Partners in 2007. His current responsibilities include corporate and business strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. He has specialized expertise in the acquisition and operations of student housing and leads the company’s growth in this area. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was the Vice President of Acquisitions for Jackson Square Properties. He received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Weinstein-Carnes joined Bridge Partners in 2021. His current responsibilities include underwriting, due diligence, and investor relations. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was the Director of Facilities at the California Charter Schools Association. He received a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Mr. Yu joined Bridge Partners in 2015. His current responsibilities include investment sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was an Acquisitions Analyst at Trust Company of the West. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
