Ms. Ahlvin joined Bridge Partners in 2007. Her current responsibilities include asset management support and the coordination of office operations and procedures.

Ms. Bjorklund joined Bridge Partners in 1993. She is responsible for property accounting, internal reporting, and cash management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she worked at Kemper Real Estate.

Ms. Dern joined Bridge Partners in 2016. She has more than 15 years of real-estate-investment management experience in the retail, office, hotel, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was the Senior Vice President of Retail Asset Management at Yarmouth. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, a CPA certification from Arthur Andersen and Company, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Durai joined Bridge Partners in 2025. His responsibilities include underwriting new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he worked as a CMBS underwriter at UBS. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.

Ms. Enoch joined Bridge Partners in 2024 and is excited to discover untapped revenue for our investors through strategic partnerships, operational optimization, and technology. With over two decades of multifamily industry experience across diverse asset classes, she has created and executed ROI driving strategies in markets nationwide for REIT's, private equity, funds, third party operators, and family offices. Carol holds a BA from Indiana University.

Ms. Gutzwiller joined Bridge Partners in 2001.  She serves as COO and CFO, overseeing the firm’s operational and financial infrastructure. She is responsible for directing the portfolio and asset management function, including leadership of the asset management team; the design and oversight of partnership structures; tax reporting and compliance; risk management and insurance programs; and investor relations and the fundraising function. Her earlier roles at the firm included direct responsibility for acquisitions and asset management, with particular expertise in affordable and senior healthcare housing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Mr. Halladay joined Bridge Partners in 2023. He has a decade of multifamily property management experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was a Regional Property Manager for Trinity SF. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and holds a California Real Estate License.

Mr. Harrington serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Partners, where he helps define and execute the firm’s investment strategy, including sourcing and financing acquisitions, overseeing dispositions, and capital markets and fundraising. Since joining Bridge Partners in 2007, he has been involved in all facets of the company’s investments. Brad brings particular expertise in executing value-add renovation programs and note purchases. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Ms. Hill joined Bridge Partners in 2007. She has 27 years of multifamily and commercial-property management experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was a Portfolio Manager for a regional builder and developer.

Mr. Klein formed Bridge Partners in 1990 and has built an enduring and nationally recognized franchise with meaningful impact over its 35-year history. He oversees the leadership team and remains actively engaged in the deliberations of the investment committee, upholding the vision he established at the firm’s founding. In this role, he ensures the firm’s strategy stays rooted in its dual mandate and in the philosophy that serving both investors and tenants is mutually reinforcing. He received a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Davis and an MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management.

Ms. Lynds joined Bridge Partners in 2014. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate, sales/acquisitions asset management, and loan originations experience. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, she was a Vice President at Prudential. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Mangini serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer of Bridge Partners, guiding the firm’s strategic investment direction and overseeing the sourcing, financing,and disposition of assets, as well as capital markets and fundraising. Since joining Bridge Partners in 2007, he has been actively involved across the firm’s investment activities. His leadership in affordable and student housing shapes the firm’s approach and performance in these areas.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Pham joined Bridge Partners in 2025. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was a Business Technology Consultant at EY. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Davis.

Mr. Yu joined Bridge Partners in 2015. His current responsibilities include investment sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, he was an Acquisitions Analyst at Trust Company of the West. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
