Bridge Partners Enters San Francisco Apartment Market
San Francisco, CA January 7, 2015
Bridge Partners, a real estate investment company, recently entered into the San Francisco multifamily space with the purchase of Larkin Street Apartments. This Nob Hill building has been
exceptionally well-maintained, offering a mixed-use asset with extraordinary income upside potential in one of San Francisco’s most desired districts.
The property is situated in a premium location within the Nob Hill District at the intersection of Hyde and California. Within a 0.5 miles of the property, residents have access to the Financial District, Union Square, Japantown, as well as various entertainment hubs located on Broadway and Polk.
The financing of Larkin was funded with a non-recourse bank loan from JP Morgan Chase. The execution was compressed to a 14-day due diligence period, a process expedited by Bridge Partners’ perfect borrowing record. In its 25 year history, Bridge Partners has zero loan defaults throughout all of its lending channels including: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, along with various balance sheet and unsecured products.
Founded in 1990, Bridge Partners specializes in the acquisition, renovation, and management of multifamily and hospitality properties nationwide. In its history, Bridge Partners has completed over 200 transactions across 17 states and 50 domestic markets. Its existing portfolio features 5,000 units across 12 states. Bridge Partners is actively seeking additional investments that fit within its business plans, as indicated by the acquisition criteria shown to the left.
