The Bridge Partners team has decades of experience in acquisitions/dispositions, development, finance, and asset management. Prior to Bridge Partners, team members have worked within the following prominent real estate organizations: AMB (San Francisco), Jackson Square Properties (San Francisco), Keyser Marston Associates (Los Angeles), Trammell Crow (Los Angeles), and Transamerica (San Francisco).
Steven S. Klein – Mr. Klein formed Bridge Partners in 1990 and currently serves as President. His responsibilities include business development and management of all capital relationships. Prior to founding Bridge Partners, Mr. Klein was a Project Manager for the Trammell Crow Company in Los Angeles, California. His responsibilities included the acquisition, development, and construction management of commercial projects in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Science from UC Davis in 1982 and a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA in 1987.
Kenneth L. Beall – Prior to forming Bridge Partners, Mr. Beall was Vice-President, Development for Birtcher in Orange County, California. Mr. Beall was responsible for new project development in Orange and San Diego counties as well as construction management and leasing of mixed-use projects in Orange County. Mr. Beall received a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in 1985 and a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA in 1987.
Dennette M. Bjorklund - Ms. Bjorklund joined Bridge Partners in 1993. She currently serves as Controller with responsibility for property accounting, internal reporting and cash management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Ms. Bjorklund worked with Kemper Real Estate.
Julie R. Gutzwiller – Ms. Gutzwiller joined Bridge Partners in 2001. She currently serves as CFO with responsibilities for all partnership accounting and tax reporting, investor communications, and acquisition analysis. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Ms. Gutzwiller was a Senior Analyst for Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. in Los Angeles, California where she specialized in affordable and market rate housing. Ms. Gutzwiller received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1990 and a Masters in Business Administration from UC Berkeley in 1999.
Brad Harrington - Mr. Harrington joined Bridge Partners in 2007. His current responsibilities include asset management and acquisition/disposition analysis. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Mr. Harrington was a Product Marketing Manager and Engineering Manager at Oracle Corporation and Salesforce.com in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Harrington received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1997 and a Masters in Business Administration from UC Berkeley in 2007.
Karla Hill - Ms. Hill joined Bridge Partners in 2007 as an asset manager. Ms. Hill has been active in the multi family and commercial property management industry since 1994. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Ms. Hill worked for a regional builder/developer as a Portfolio Manager where she oversaw all property operations including lease up, acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Hill brings depth of skills and experience in property and asset management to the Bridge Partners team.
Victoria R. Heffelfinger - Ms. Heffelfinger joined Bridge Partners in 2002. Her current responsibilities include asset management and acquisition/disposition analysis. Prior to joining to Bridge Partners, Ms. Heffelfinger was a Vice President with AMB Property Corporation in San Francisco, California where she managed the Investor Relations/Corporate Communications department. Prior to joining AMB, Ms. Heffelfinger was a Real Estate Equity Analyst with Banc of America Securities. Ms. Heffelfinger received a Bachelor of Science from the Eberhardt School of Business at University of the Pacific in 1994.
Luca Mangini - Mr. Mangini joined Bridge Partners in 2007. His current responsibilities include sourcing acquisitions, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Mr. Mangini was the Vice President of Acquisitions for Jackson Square Properties, where he was responsible for sourcing and financing all acquisitions. Mr. Mangini received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business.
